Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support Spanish-speaking markets and the UK for a global streaming brand. You will handle account, billing, and technical questions with empathy, guiding customers through solutions in a fast-paced international team.

The role is temporary with a 40-hour week, working on a 24/7 rotational schedule in Portugal, with an onboarding training in English and a relocation package for international candidates.

Formación

• Fluent Castilian Spanish.
• English B1 or higher.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly and empathetic customer support.
• Handle account management and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions.
• Explain our products, services and features clearly.
• Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solution.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and follow established quality standards.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach throughout every interaction.
