Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with ability to listen actively and resolve issues.
• Ability to take ownership and escalate when needed.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or alerts and solve requests.
• Log call details onto call management systems and respond within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and provide accurate support to customers.
• Ensure contractual SLA is met.
