Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual Spanish and advanced English required.
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customer needs and handle inquiries and after-sales requests.
• Manage customer communications via email and chat with accurate information.
• Address complaints, find solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build customer relationships through empathy and clear communication.
• Maintain CRM data: interactions, accounts, files and databases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration and other teams.
