Northstar Bridge SL is seeking an ambitious SDR to join our GTM team and accelerate growth across European markets. You will engage high-potential B2B startups, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with founders, AEs, and NSB teammates to shape winning outbound programs.

The role demands fluency in French and English, a degree, and strong communication. You’ll operate in a fast-paced setting with clear growth paths toward AE, CSM, or revenue roles.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High ownership, discipline and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-value B2B prospects across European markets.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Qualify opportunities and navigate complex buying groups.
• Work closely with founders, AEs, and NSB teams.
• Use AI tools to improve targeting, messaging, and productivity.
• Contribute to playbooks, sequences, and outbound strategy.
• Gain exposure across multiple high-growth startups.
