NTT DATA in Madrid is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure service levels are met.

You will work across cultures, learn vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed) and collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to restore services quickly and maintain accurate configuration data.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing (or equivalent).
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support follow procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and drive them toward resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
