NTT DATA in Spain is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). This entry level role provides remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents, while ensuring SLAs are met.

You will work across cultures, document incidents, coordinate with vendors, and apply knowledge to restore services quickly. A bachelor’s degree in IT or computing and relevant networking certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Maintains knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution and assists with updating as required.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Analyzes service records against SLAs to identify actions required.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to procedures.
• Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides service recovery following resolution of incidents.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
