Velenosi&Meredith in Valencia, Spain is hiring a Customer Service Agent fluent in German and Spanish to provide exceptional support to our growing client base. This on-site role includes comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.

Initially a 3-month temporary contract with a strong potential to convert to permanent, the position offers a base salary of €21,000 per year plus a €1,200 SRV bonus and regular afternoon shifts.

Formación

• Fluency in German and Spanish
• Willingness to work on-site in Valencia
• Training provided if no prior experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in German and Spanish.
• Log interactions and look up customer information in internal systems.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and promptly to meet service targets.
