You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, logging details in internal systems and working with the team to hit service targets. Training scales in the first month to ensure you excel in the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and Spanish required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Madrid and complete the 5-week training.
• Full-time availability
