CB Talents SP in Valencia is seeking German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in German and Spanish with professionalism and care.

We are looking for strong communicators with problem-solving skills who are comfortable working on-site in Valencia. EU work authorization or valid permit to work in Spain is required.

Formación

• German and Spanish language proficiency at C1 or above.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• On-site role based in Valencia, Spain
• EU work authorization or valid Spain work permit

Responsabilidades

• Handle German and Spanish customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
• Meet personal and team performance targets for quality and satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery
