Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Valencia, Spain is seeking a German- and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent for an on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support by phone, email, and chat, and resolving inquiries with care.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages at C1 or higher, has prior customer service experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• German and Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• On-site in Valencia, EU work authorization required or valid permit to work in Spain

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound German and Spanish customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction)
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery
