Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Provide basic product advice to customer needs.
• Provide first level technical assistance to identify requirements.
• Call back customers as needed.
• Lead management tasks and related duties.
