Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is hiring a Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. The position offers a full-time contract with salary around €20,000 per year plus up to €2,000 in bonus, working 39 hours per week.

You will handle incoming contacts in French and English, log calls, maintain knowledge of client applications, and ensure SLAs are met. Prior experience in automotive or EV sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office and internet configuration.
• Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution.
• Experience in automotive industry and EV knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat and alerts and resolve requests within SLA.
• Log call details in management systems and provide timely responses.
• Maintain product knowledge for customer-specific applications.
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLA and service performance.
• Provide cover for other agents when needed and assist supervisor.
