Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site) to support French-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries through multiple channels, log details, and work to resolve issues within SLA while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

You will join a training-focused environment with opportunities for career development and a permanent, full-time schedule under a standard 39-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.
• Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or other alerts and resolve requests.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise related to customer applications.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
