Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an on-site, full-time role. You will provide accurate information to customers, manage orders, handle post-sales inquiries, and ensure CRM data quality.

Fluency in French and advanced Spanish is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. The position offers a 39-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00), an onsite Barcelona office, referral bonuses, paid training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French plus advanced Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills in customer-facing situations.

• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to our customers.
• Log and follow up of correct and valid orders or requests.
• Deliver high-caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds…).
• Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.
