Qualifications

• Bilingual: French plus advanced Spanish and English.
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Interest in technical field and commitment to stay for at least two years.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and a commercial mindset.
• Business or commercial background and contact centre experience helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Provide basic product advice to customer needs with catalogue knowledge.
• Provide first-level technical assistance to identify customer requirements.
• Call back customers.
• Lead management.
