Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our international team. The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with a permanent contract, based in a modern central office in Barcelona, and involves handling inquiries, after-sales requests, and consultations via email and chat.

You will build strong customer relationships, use Zendesk when needed, collaborate with Sales, Finance and Administration, and contribute to a high-quality service mindset across the company.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
• A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
• Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
• Manage customer communications through email and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
• Handle customer complaints, find appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
• Manage the CRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration, and other departments to support customer processes and operations.
