Limehome is seeking a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Customer Agent in Madrid to deliver memorable guest experiences across channels. You will be the front line for inquiries, combining warmth with practical information.

You’ll respond to needs, offer tailored solutions, and work closely with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal outcomes. The role offers hybrid work from Madrid or from home, with occasional international travel.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Strong passion for customer service and staying calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends or nights.
• Experience in hotels, call centers or startups is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the interface between Limehome and guests across all channels.
• Respond to inquiries with information and a personal touch.
• Identify pain points and proactively propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations Managers to find optimal solutions.
