Limehome is seeking a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Customer Agent in Madrid to deliver memorable guest experiences across channels. You will be the front line for inquiries, combining warmth with practical information.

You’ll respond to needs, offer tailored solutions, and work closely with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal outcomes. The role offers hybrid work from Madrid or from home, with occasional international travel.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Strong passion for customer service and staying calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends or nights.
• Experience in hotels, call centers or startups is a plus.

How You’ll Be Hosting With Heart

• You are the interface between Limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for any inquiries along all channels.
• You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems.
• You give our guests a great Limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them.
• You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions.
• You stay in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution for each guest no matter the situation.

What You Need To Shoot For The Stars

• You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
• You communicate fluently in Spain, Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus.
• You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations.
• You fully support the concept and vision of Limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals.
• You don't mind working during the weekend or at night.
• Previous experiences in the hotel industry, a call centre or a start-up environment is a plus.
