Job summary

ShipBob is expanding into Spain from its Barcelona office and is hiring the first Spanish team as a BDR. Based in Barcelona with a flexible hybrid model, you will drive the full sales cycle and help grow ShipBob’s presence in the Spanish market.

You will identify, research, and qualify new opportunities daily, engaging Spanish and English-speaking prospects and collaborating with Account Executives to move deals forward. This is an exciting chance to shape a new market in Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Spanish language at C2 and English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new opportunities weekly.
• Prospect a pipeline via high-volume outbound calls, emails and social selling.
• Qualify leads and manage early-stage client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive deals from start to finish.
• Contribute to closing opportunities and gain experience across the sales cycle.
• Help establish ShipBob’s presence in the Spanish market.
