Celonis is seeking an ambitious Business Development intern to join the Madrid-based team. You will support a diverse, international sales group with account research and strategic prospecting, focusing heavily on cold calls and outreach.

During the program you will receive structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and exposure to real opportunities—potentially progressing to full-time BDR roles. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and at least 6 months of full-time availability is expected.

Formación

• Student of Business Administration or a comparable program.
• Ability to listen very well and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Curious with a long-term interest in a career in Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Align focus accounts with the account team.
• Identify key influencers and decision makers within target companies.
• Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails and social strategies.
• Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
