Celonis invites you to join our Business Development internship in Madrid. You will support and collaborate with an international sales team, focusing on account research and strategic prospecting with heavy cold-calling.

The program targets high-potential graduates, offering two-week onboarding, weekly coaching, and a fast path to full-time BDR roles while you gain real responsibility with dedicated accounts.

Formación

• Student of Business Administration or a comparable program.
• Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator.
• Organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Be curious with long-term interest in a sales career.

Responsabilidades

• Align focus accounts with account team.
• Identify influencers and decision makers within target companies.
• Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails and social strategies.
• Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Present and report progress to Sales leaders to drive growth.
