Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Supervisor in Barcelona (Onsite) to lead a sales team, achieve targets, and drive client satisfaction. You will forecast sales, maintain accurate CRM data, and remove roadblocks to help the team close opportunities. The role requires strong coaching skills and a track record of developing top performers.

You will work with the Sales Director and client contacts, coordinating incentives and reporting while ensuring targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar is required.
• Excellent coaching history and track record of developing employees.
• Bilingual in Dutch and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM data.
• Coach and develop team members through regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and clients to optimize accounts.
• Manage reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
