Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Sr. Sales Team Leader (French-speaking) for an onsite role. You will lead a team to achieve targets, forecast sales, and ensure CRM accuracy while removing blockers and driving performance.

The position involves ongoing coaching, data-driven strategy, and close collaboration with clients to deliver results. The role requires fluent French and English, an Associate's degree with 4–6 years of experience in progressive management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual level of French and English.
• Associate's degree in related field with 4–6 years of experience, Progressive Management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and enable the team to close sales opportunities.
• Monitor team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and client contacts to align targets.
• Coordinate team incentives and partner relationships to meet customer expectations.
