Job summary

Concentrix Spain is seeking a Supervisor (Dutch-speaking) to lead a sales-focused team in an on-site Barcelona location. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and delivering strong customer outcomes.

You will work with the Sales Director and client teams to forecast, report, and optimize opportunities, while ensuring the team meets CPTs and sales targets in a dynamic tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Dutch and fluent in English.
• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• Strong coaching history and ability to develop employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and enable the team to pursue sales opportunities.
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Develop strategic plays based on data and trends.
