Divine Myths Studio is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona to drive outbound sales and qualify opportunities for AI-powered advertising solutions. You will engage with German-speaking clients, align needs with offerings, and nurture relationships with decision-makers.

The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• German proficiency at C1 level or above.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B sales.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting and engaging business decision-makers.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC and online advertising.
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify client needs and connect them with relevant solutions.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective business clients through cold calling, email, social selling and inbound lead follow-up.
• Qualify leads and uncover business and advertising needs.
• Present relevant AI-powered advertising solutions based on client requirements.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Develop relationships with business decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Work towards defined revenue, activity and conversion targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and handover process.
