A strong emphasis on cold calling, CRM usage, and hitting sales targets is essential. You will join an international team with relocation support, a hybrid work setup in Barcelona, and comprehensive onboarding plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• German language at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• At least one year of outbound sales experience, including cold calling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized approach with confidence to work toward sales targets.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Interest in AI-powered advertising and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Qualify leads and tailor AI advertising solutions to client needs.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline for the German-speaking market.
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing deals.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and explore upsell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and coordinate with onboarding teams.
