Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive new business for GenAI Ads Solutions. You will identify, engage, and close clients using a consultative sales approach, leveraging your digital marketing knowledge.

The role requires strong German (C1) and English (B2), 2–3 years B2B sales experience, and CRM proficiency. On-site position with a competitive package and benefits in Barcelona's vibrant 22@ district.

Qualifications

• C1 level German and English at B2 level required.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and generate new opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and present GenAI Ads solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Hit revenue and activity targets and track activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Upsell additional GenAI advertising solutions when possible.
