Job summary

Blu in Barcelona seeks a Business Development Representative to own new business for German-speaking markets. You’ll prospect, qualify, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering AI advertising solutions across Europe.

You will work in an international team, leverage your B2B sales and digital marketing background, and drive growth with a focus on customer value and successful handovers to onboarding.

Qualifications

• German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• 2–3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, PPC).
• Experience with outbound sales and self-prospecting.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential German-speaking B2B clients via cold outreach.
• Understand client goals and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Drive full sales cycle from lead to deal closure.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and deal stages.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for long-term value.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success for smooth handovers.
