CBT in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business with German-speaking clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect new customers, and present AI-driven advertising solutions.

This role requires German C1, English B2, and 2–3 years in B2B sales, with a solid grasp of digital marketing and CRM tools. It is a full-time position based in Barcelona's 22@ district, offering a €30,000 base salary plus a €5,175 on-target bonus.

Qualifications

• German C1 level required.
• English B2 level required.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, and advertising.
• Experience in outbound sales and self-prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and identify upselling opportunities.
