Divinemythsstudio in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales for AI-powered advertising solutions. You will engage with prospective business clients, qualify opportunities, and guide conversations through the sales cycle in a fast‑growing international team.

Requirements include German C1, English B2, 1 year of outbound B2B experience, CRM experience, and a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• German proficiency at C1 level or above.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B sales.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting and engaging business decision-makers.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC and online advertising.
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify client needs.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective business clients via cold calls, email, social selling and inbound leads.
• Qualify leads and uncover business and advertising needs.
• Present AI-powered advertising solutions based on client requirements.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Work towards defined revenue, activity and conversion targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
