Lingo-nova is seeking a driven sales professional to join its Barcelona team and win new business for its generative AI advertising solutions. You will engage prospects via inbound and outbound channels and guide them to signed deals, leveraging digital marketing knowledge and a consultative approach.

In this role, you will identify client needs, propose tailored AI advertising solutions, and manage deals from first contact to close.

Formación

• German at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, PPC and the wider ads ecosystem
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, including proven B2B sales or business development
• Experience in pre-sales or lead qualification
• Outbound sales and cold calling experience, with the ability to find your own prospects
• Strong communication skills, including confidence with C-level executives
• Hands-on CRM experience and experience managing or working with databases
• A revenue- and target-driven mindset
• Well organized, with good time management
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilidades

• Reach prospects through inbound and outbound outreach: cold calls, email and social selling
• Create new opportunities and keep your sales pipeline full
• Understand each client's needs and propose AI advertising solutions that fit their goals
• Take deals from first contact all the way to closing
• Meet and exceed your revenue and activity targets
• Log all sales activity accurately in the CRM
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and handover to customer success
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when relevant
