Job summary

Teleperformance in Barcelona seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for AI advertising solutions. You will identify, engage and close B2B opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build a robust pipeline through inbound and outbound activities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Proven B2B sales or business development background.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Consultative selling and client-facing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
