Job summary

Lingo-nova is expanding its international sales team in Barcelona to serve the Norwegian market with AI-powered advertising solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and your earnings are driven by performance with an uncapped on-target bonus.

Based in Barcelona, you will engage potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and work with internal teams on onboarding and handover to customer success.

Qualifications

• Must have Norwegian at C1 and English at B2 level.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead qualification and outbound sales.
• Proven ability to self-prospect and manage or use CRM/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting: cold calls, email and social selling
• Create new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline
• Analyze client needs and present AI advertising solutions tailored to their goals
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal
• Reach and exceed revenue and activity targets
• Record all sales activity in the CRM
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when relevant
