Cross Border Talents is seeking a Banking Customer Service Agent in Madrid, Spain, to support Aranese-speaking customers. You will guide clients through digital banking, answer questions about accounts, cards and payments, and resolve issues in line with procedures.

The role requires fluent Aranese, strong written and spoken communication, and a team-oriented approach. On-site work with a 38.5-hour week and paid training is offered.

Formación

• Fluent in Aranese (written and spoken).
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience valued.
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken.
• Team player who is open to feedback.

New opening: Banking Customer Service Agent in Madrid, Spain, for Aranese speakers.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through digital banking services
• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments
• Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately

Requirements:

• Fluent Aranese, written and spoken
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken
• Team player who is open to feedback

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Afternoon – 15:00–22:00
• Paid training: 25 days
• Start date: 2 November 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
