Cross Border Talents is seeking an Aranese-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent to join our Valencia, Spain-based team. You will assist customers with accounts, cards and payments, resolve issues per procedures, protect data and guide users through digital banking tools.

The role requires fluent Aranese, Spanish at least B2, and a high school diploma. It is an on-site, full-time position with training and a language allowance included.

• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued.
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken.
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once.

An Aranese-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments
• Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures
• Protect customer data at every step
• Guide customers through digital banking services

Requirements:

• Fluent Aranese, written and spoken
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Morning - 08:00-16:00
• Paid training: 25 days
• Start date: 2 November 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
