Cross Border Talents seeks a Catalan-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent for a team in Valencia, Spain. You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

A Catalan-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect customer data at every step
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately
• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments
• Keep careful records of every interaction

Requirements:

• Fluent Catalan, written and spoken
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Morning – 08:00–16:00
• Paid training: 25 days
• Start date: 2 November 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
