Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking customer advisor in Madrid to support digital banking services on-site. The role requires handling inquiries about accounts, cards, and payments while protecting customer data and escalating complex cases as needed.

Candidates should be fluent in German, with Spanish at least at B2 and a high school education. The process includes a video, a written test, and training.

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Midnight – from 20:00
• Paid training: 25 days
• Start date: 2 November 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
