Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a bilingual customer service associate to assist banking clients in Aranese and Spanish. You will handle calls and written inquiries, ensuring accurate, professional responses and a high-quality customer experience.

Training is on-site in Valencia or Madrid, followed by a hybrid work model. Candidates should be fluent in Aranese and Spanish, possess a high school diploma, and demonstrate solid communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability to attend on-site training.
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service.

Do you speak Aranese and Spanish? Put your rare language skills to work in banking customer service. You'll join a customer service team that supports clients of a leading bank in both languages. You'll start on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then move to a hybrid model (a mix of remote and office days) once you finish your learning period.
