Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent for an on-site role in Valencia, Spain. You’ll support customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach, handling accounts, cards and payments while protecting data.

Requirements include fluent German, Spanish at B2, a Bachillerato diploma, and a willingness to participate in a video and test. Training is provided; start date soon.

• Selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language.

A German-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect customer data at every step
• Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately
• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments

Requirements:

• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
• Team player who is open to feedback
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Afternoon - 15:00-22:00
• Paid training: 25 days
• Start date: 2 November 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
