Cross Border Talents is hiring for a bilingual banking customer service role in Valencia. You will support clients in Aranese and Spanish, by phone and written correspondence, on-site during training.

After the learning period, you will move to a hybrid work model combining remote days with office presence in Valencia or Madrid. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and a language allowance to reward rare-language skills.

Formación

• Fluent in Aranese and Spanish, written and spoken.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to attend on-site training.
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service.

Do you speak Aranese and Spanish? Put your rare language skills to work in banking customer service. You'll join a customer service team that supports clients of a leading bank in both languages. You'll start on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then move to a hybrid model (a mix of remote and office days) once you finish your learning period.
