Cross Border Talents in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Banking Customer Service Agent for Basque speakers. You will assist banking customers with data protection, handle account questions and payments, and maintain accurate records in a friendly, patient style.

The role is on-site with a 15:00–22:00 schedule, 38.5 hours per week, starting 2 November 2026, with 25 days paid training and a base salary of €1,409.98 monthly plus a €129.27 language allowance. Open to Madrid-area candidates.

Formación

• Fluent Basque, written and spoken.
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued.
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language.
• Team player who is open to feedback.
• Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
