Cross Border Talents in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Basque-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent. You will assist banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach, handling accounts, cards and payments.

The role is on-site, full-time, with a start date of 2 November 2026, morning shift 08:00–16:00, and a 25-day paid training; salary includes a language allowance.

Formación

• Fluent Basque written and spoken required.
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued.
• Selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language.
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken.
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once.

A Basque-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep careful records of every interaction
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately
• Guide customers through digital banking services
• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments

Requirements:

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
