Job summary

Fever is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events. You’ll qualify inbound interest and craft targeted outbound plays while refining sales methodologies to fuel growth.

You will ramp up tools, messaging, and offering in the first 3–6 months, build a repeatable playbook, and become a go-to revenue contributor with strong internal partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’ privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline, conversion, revenue) and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
