Fever in Madrid is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events. You will qualify opportunities, craft targeted outreach, and sharpen sales methodologies to fuel growth.

The ideal candidate has a track record in sales development, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Dutch. This is a hybrid role with a central Madrid office and generous benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university or business school.
• Experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
• Self-starter with comfort in ambiguity and first-time problem-solving.
• Creative thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Skilled at crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Track KPIs and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
