Fever is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive pipeline for privatized events. You will qualify inbound interest and craft targeted outbound plays while refining sales methodologies for growth.

You will build outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to maximize impact, with a data-driven mindset guiding decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education from a reputable institution.
• Experience in a sales development or similar role, ideally within B2B SaaS, media or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
• Skilled at crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to boost response and conversion.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to align the team on targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion, revenue) and iterate based on data.
• Represent Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
