Job summary

Fever, the world-leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks an Account Development Representative in Madrid. You will drive pipeline for Fever for Business' privatized events, qualify inbound interest, and craft targeted outbound plays while refining messaging and sales processes in a fast-growing, hybrid setup.

Collaborate with Marketing and Fever Originals, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and report KPIs. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and self-starter mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business' privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
• Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the broader Sales org to align campaigns, share insights, and maximize impact; track KPIs and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
