Job summary

Fever in Madrid is seeking a digital marketing professional to grow traffic to Fever's B2B website and turn it into qualified leads across multi-channel initiatives.

You will work across Fever's verticals (music, sports, festivals) to understand buyer personas, plan end-to-end campaigns, and collaborate with Copywriter, Designer, Website team, SEO and CRM Manager. Hybrid work with a central Madrid office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on multichannel experience.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multichannel growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, and paid channels.
• Work across Fever's verticals (music, sports, festivals, and more) to understand each buyer persona and scale the B2B model.
• Co-create lead-generation assets with the Copywriter and promote them to capture inbound marketing leads.
• Develop full-funnel initiatives from awareness to conversion.
• Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Track performance using dashboards and analytics tools and share insights.
