• Advanced proficiency in Customer Care.
• Prior experience in related skills is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help resolve customer queries, escalate issues, and provide best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs and document outcomes.
• Handle email and chat processes with good typing speed and accuracy.
