Job summary

Floris Recruitment in Madrid is seeking a Car Sales Representative - Fleet Remarketing Specialist to join our automotive client. You will sell young used vehicles to official dealers, traders and wholesalers, manage new opportunities across countries, and support the Sales Manager to hit monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years in the used car market, a BA or MBA in Business Administration, fluent English, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in used cars market, manufacturers, leasing, rent-a-car companies or dealership.
• Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar.
• High level of English spoken and written; French desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of the used car market, trends, channels and segmentation.
• Office software proficiency, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell young used car inventory to official dealers, traders and wholesalers.
• Search for new opportunities and manage customers from multiple countries.
• Advance sales; agree and finalize deals that materialize.
• Support Car Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales and P&L targets.
• Manage complaints and ensure quick, effective responses.
• Develop and expand the buyer base; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Car Sales Representative - Fleet Remarketing Specialist to Remarketing Manager (Car Sales)

The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to cover the sell of young used car sales to official dealers, traders and wholesalers

Tasks

• Risk Fleet sales.
• Search for new opportunities
• Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize.
• Manage and find new customers from multiple countries
• Execute used cars sales including sending offers, damage appraisal and invoicing
• Complaint management
• Manage and develop effectively in order to foster buyer base
• Development and expansion of existing customer base
• Close cooperation with other team members
• Support Car Sales Manager on achieving monthly sales and P&L targets
• Support Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis.

Educational Background

Professional Experience
