Job summary

Phiture, a mobile growth consultancy, seeks an ASO-focused Growth Manager to lead client ASO projects across App/Play stores and multiple markets. You will drive experiments, optimize listings, and report results to clients, aligning with broader growth strategies.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and Growth Leads, brief designers and translators on creative experiments, run A/B tests, monitor rankings and conversions, and contribute to Phiture’s ASO knowledge base with insights from

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing with an app publisher, tool agency, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in ASO
• Data-driven with Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client discussions
• Team player with ability to give/receive feedback
• Strong knowledge of core mobile marketing methods and terminology
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, leading ASO projects for diverse apps.
• Support ASO clients globally across markets and languages in regular meetings.
• Assist Senior Consultants and Growth Leads with ASO strategies and campaigns.
• Brief designers and translators on creative experiments and app store localization.
• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize client results.
• Monitor keyword rankings, conversion rates and experiment effectiveness.
• Develop ASO methods and strategies for client success and competitive edge.
• Stay updated on ASO tools, technologies and best practices.
• Contribute content to the ASO knowledge base and Stack publication.
